Founded in 1984 and under the direction of the original owners, Priority Mortgage enjoys an unprecedented reputation in the real estate and financial communities. Judy Shephard has been in banking since 1982. She has experience in commercial lending, consumer lending, retail sales, private banking and credit analysis. Judy has been with Priority Mortgage since 1998, a top producer since 2001, and was elected Employee of the Year in 2002 by her peers. She has three children and three grandchildren. Her son is a medic in the Army and serving our country in Iraq on his second tour of duty. He lives in Oahu, Hawaii. Her oldest daughter is married and a financial planner for Huntington Investment Company. She resides in Upper Arlington, Ohio. And her youngest daughter is married and a manager with Express Energy. She resides in Fairbanks, Alaska.
Judy grew up on a farm in Lancaster, Ohio, and has lived in Dublin since 1989. She is a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, Columbus Mortgage Bankers Association, Dublin Chamber of Commerce and was a founding member of the Red Cross Friends of Distinction. Judy attends Indian Run Methodist Church.

Jennifer Davis has worked as a loan processor, conventional underwriter and title company processor before coming to Priority Mortgage in 2000. She is an expert in working with FHA, VA and conventional loans. Jennifer is married and has two children. Her husband, Shawn has been in the building industry since 1991. She lives on a horse farm in Grove City and enjoys weekends at horse shows.

Cathy Johnson has been in the banking industry since 1974. She has diverse experience in commercial, small business and consumer lending, credit analysis, and retail sales. She and her husband Mark (a captain on the Upper Arlington Fire Department) have one grown son. |
